Support for Adults

​

I provide talk therapy services for adults, just like you, who struggle with various emotional and social issues.  Many of my clients are goal driven, women who have always found a way to be successful but now find themselves struggling emotionally to manage all the roles they need to fill.

​

Meeting virtually allows you to easily fit counseling into your busy schedule, whether at home or in a private space at school/work.

​

Navigating the mental, emotional, and physical symptoms of anxiety and perfectionism can be exhausting.  I can help you work through your challenges and develop a plan to move towards a purpose driven, meaningful life.  

​

​​​In session we will talk through your top concerns and highlight specific goals. Be prepared to try new things, gain new perspectives and leave each session with something you can take into your daily life. 

 

Each week we will practice effective skills to move you towards your values, build effective coping strategies to help you manage life's curve balls, and establish healthy self-care practices that move you towards living a more JOY filled life. ​

Support for Teens

Our work together is about you living the life you want and not letting anxiety stop you.

Focusing on solutions that work, I'll actively collaborate with you to address your top concerns.

​

Whether we start by helping you learn how to feel more confident or figure out better ways to manage all the demands at school, or maybe we work on ways to decrease tensions with family or figure out how best to cope with the friend drama, it's up to you. 

​

I use action-oriented techniques, so be prepared to try something new. We'll probably do some mindfulness, journaling, art or role play to help you learn and practice skills to decrease your worries and help you thrive.

Support for Parents

Parent partnership is vital to your child's positive progress in counseling.

 

I work with parents to teach them about how anxiety can show up for their tween/teen and how best to support a child who is struggling.  

​

Effectively working with parents can improve communication, decrease unhealthy conflict and allow more joy within your family.  I help parents build effective coping and interpersonal skills to sort through disagreements with their child while building positive, loving connections. 

​

Parent education and consultation is an essential part of my work with your adolescents.
